Beautiful Borage - good companion plant for tomatoes, squash and strawberries and much-loved by bees. Flowers and young leaves are edible and have a mild cucumber flavour. Use flowers sparingly in salads and float in fruit punch / Pimms. Flowers can also be candied for cake decorating. More: theepicentre.com/...
