Beautiful Pumpkin Cranberry Loaf. Sugar Plum Fairy Bread - Delicious bread!!! I used gluten free flour instead of regular flour and cane sugar instead of demerara sugar. I also used orange juice instead of satsuma. The bread actually took 15 minutes longer to cook than the recipe called for, and it was still very wet. It wasn't under cooked or anything, it just had a heavier texture. It might have been the gluten free flour... But, it was still an excellent and satisfying bread!
